Energy Clearing from Cobra

Here is a clearing Cobra has shared at the Egypt conference:

Relax your mind and body, take a deep breath and visualize a pillar of brilliant white light, reaching from the Central Sun through you until the center of the Earth. While breathing in, let the light in into all of your bodies, while breathing out, release everything you do not need anymore, just let it go. Keep breathing like this for a few minutes.

Imagine a huge vortex of violet light, coming down from the Central Sun, reaching through you until the core of the Earth, circling anti-clockwise, taking all of the unclear energy into the sacred fire of Earth where it gets transmuted.
